Altitude Franchisee Expand Ownership Portfolios

Thursday March 30, 2023

Altitude Trampoline Park takes great care to support our franchise owners in a variety of ways to ensure that they can grow and scale their investment within our system. From our comprehensive training program to operations, marketing, site procurement and selection, design and construction, financing and accounting support, Altitude provides various tools and resources to our owners to keep them prospering.
As our brand plants ourself firmly into 2023, we are proud to spotlight a few owners in our franchise system who have developed their existing parks to incredibly promising heights. These spectacular owners have been so successful with their initial parks through both their own drive and ambition alongside the aid of our support, that they have signed on to add more to their Altitude portfolio. Below are a few inspiring Altitude franchise owners who have expanded their ownership with our leading family entertainment franchise.

Kenda and Brandon Gadish

High-performing multi-unit operators, Brandon and Kenda Gadish, opened their first Altitude park in Spokane, Washington and recently took over ownership of the Nashville, Texas location. The Gadishs have been recognized for their outstanding efforts at our franchise conventions and more recently were named as two 2023 Franchisees of the Year by the International Franchise Association (IFA). Brandon and Kenda continually look for ways to innovate and improve their parks and take the initiative to bring new ideas to our Support Center, many of which have positively impacted other owners across our system.
“Kenda and I were looking for a franchise opportunity that allowed us to bring our whole family into the business, and we found that with Altitude,” said Brandon Gadish. “Since then, we’ve grown our ownership to two parks, and we recently celebrated this recognition by signing on for a third in Austell, Georgia!”

Grady Hinchman

Grady Hinchman joined the Altitude franchise system in 2020 and quickly demonstrated not just his business prowess but dedication to community involvement with his Kissimmee park. Prior to his franchise ownership with Altitude, Grady was the Director of Operations of several Planet Fitness locations across East and Central Florida. Hinchman achieved great success with Altitude’s membership program, cresting well over 12,000 members in little over a year in business, which further affirmed his decision to continue growing with our brand throughout Florida. In 2022, Grady signed an agreement to acquire the brand’s location in Sanford and opened the Bradenton park.
“We took the Altitude membership model and ran with it. It has proven to have great success and we saw other opportunities to grow in the Florida market. I chose the Altitude business because it’s fun, family-friendly and creates memorable moments for our guests,” said multi-unit owner Grady Hinchman.

Ben Thomas

Having been with the brand since 2017, Ben Thomas chose Altitude because of our franchisee-friendly model which provides greater flexibility and lower cost structure. Ben’s extensive background as a serial entrepreneur combined with the trajectory and health of our brand have allowed Ben to grow from his first park in Huntsville to a second in Lawrenceville which opened in 2022. Ben is also co-owner of the Austell park alongside the Gadishs.
When discussing his decisions to continue growing with Altitude, Ben stated, “The added measures to improve franchisee profitability really drew me to expanding. The membership program, vendor partnerships and Roller program have really taken the brand to the next level.”
