Membership FAQs

  • HOW MANY TIMES CAN I VISIT WITH A MEMBERSHIP?
    You can visit the park once a day for 1 hour of jump time per day.
  • DOES MY MEMBERSHIP HAVE BLACKOUT DATES?
    No, we do not have any blackout dates for memberships unless there is a special event in the park.
  • ARE SPECIAL JUMP EVENTS INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?
    Refer to your membership agreement and check with the park for details on specific special events. Remember that your membership includes jump time only and not concessions.
  • CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP AT OTHER ALTITUDE TRAMPOLINE PARK LOCATIONS?
    Currently, memberships are only valid at the location where they were purchased.
  • HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP?
    To activate the membership, a legal guardian or parent will need to fill out the Membership Agreement, sign a waiver, present a government issued photo ID and place a form of payment on file. You can do this in the park, or in some cases, you may be able to complete the process online.
  • DOES EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY NEED A MEMBERSHIP?
    Yes, each membership is on an individual basis. In order to jump, each member of your family will require their own membership. Memberships are non-transferrable, and you cannot share your membership with anyone.
  • CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP TO PARTICIPATE IN A BIRTHDAY PARTY?
    No, you cannot use your membership to attend a birthday party.
  • DO I HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER?
    Yes, everyone who is on the trampolines and/or in the trampoline area must have a valid waiver on file and be checked in at the front desk (including non-jumpers). Guests must be 18 years or older and present a government issued photo ID to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 years old, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. In most cases, waivers remain valid for one year.
  • WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
    You are billed every 30 days on the calendar date of your activation. For example, if you activate your membership in the park on November 15th, your card will be charged on the 15th of each month after.
  • CAN I PAY CASH FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
    Monthly memberships require a valid credit or debit card. Cash payments and gift cards of any kind are not accepted for the recurring program.
  • WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?
    Your membership never expires and renews automatically on a monthly basis.
  • HOW QUICKLY DOES A MEMBERSHIP BECOME ACTIVE AFTER I SIGN UP?
    The first time you visit the park, your membership will become active. You must visit the park in order to activate your membership if you have registered online.
  • CAN MEMBERSHIPS BE PURCHASED AT THE PARK?
    Yes, memberships can be purchased at the park.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
    Membership cancellation policies vary by park. Please contact your local Altitude Trampoline Park for cancellation details.
