HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO JUMP ON THE TRAMPOLINES?
Altitude is suitable for all ages.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts. We do not allow jumpers to wear any items with sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs. Jumpers are not allowed to wear shoes on the trampolines. For your safety, we require all jumpers to wear Altitude Grip Socks. Refer to our park rules for more details.
DO I NEED SOCKS?
Yes! We require every jumper to wear Altitude Grip Socks, these socks can be purchased at our park. Altitude Grip Socks have special material to provide grip on our surfaces for your safety. These can be washed and re-worn but are required in order to jump. We enforce this rule to help keep our jumpers safe and our park clean!
IS FOOD AVAILABLE?
Yes, we do have food and drinks available for purchase. There is no outside food or drink permitted with the exception of a birthday dessert purchased from a store or bakery when you are hosting a birthday party.
CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE?
Yes, you can book jump time and parties online by clicking on the “Buy a Pass” button on the homepage or in the navigation menu. Please note that some specials are not included in this feature.

No, however, time slots can fill up quickly, and without a reservation there is no guarantee that space will be available. We always recommend getting your jump tickets online and signing your waivers prior to a visit.
